You'll need 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of boiling water, some bourbon, and 1 and a half lemons for juicing. Pour honey into a jar with hot water and whisk until your make a syrup as thin as a billionaire's tax percentage. Combine with bourbon and lemon juice. Transfer to a shaker and shake vigorously. Serve in a cocktail or rocks glass.
